Ans:
When using the router you can set the IP Kamera to DHCP. This will automatically detect and assign an IP address to your Kamera. Make sure that you have done the proper port forwarding (a.k.a port triggering, port mapping) so that you can access your IP Kamera from the internet.

Q2. Is there a programmable API for this camera under Windows?
Ans:
Email the service department at Service@Aviosys.com for the CGI commands. The CGI commands can also be found on the manual. Please download the most current and updated manual from the Aviosys Website.

Q3. I cannot hear anything from my Kamera on the internet?
Ans:
The TCP/IP port on your router must be activated to allow the 9060A-SL to send audio through the internet. Make sure you have your IP Kameras UDP port
mapped to 1500 also routed.
