Q1. Is it possible to change 9100A IP address port?
Ans:
You can change the port of 9100A Plus by using IPEdit or through the web page of the 9100A.

Q2. Does the 9100A record live camera feeds to a remote PC without motion detection?
Ans:
Live recordings to a remote PC can be done by right clicking on the image and selecting the recording path.
Aviosys also provides a Surf 16 CH DVR software and Infinity to meet each individuals needs.

Q3. How do you change the round robin scan rate?
Ans:
Change the channel update time lag in "Continuous" .

Q4. Motion detection is enabled, but nothing happens, no email, no ftp?
Ans:
To send message or e-mail when motion is detected::
1) Set up appointed E-mail address
2) Configuration --Make sure the Motion Detection is set to enabled
3) Email might not be compatible with all email providers, if the current is not working please try another one.
4) Reconfirm that the Email login / password and receiver e-mail address .

Q5. I cannot seem to change IP Address of my device from the IP edit software.
Ans:
Make sure the "Static" setting is selected on IPEdit, then press "submit" after you changed your settings.

Q6. What can I do when I forget my password? How do I hard reset the 9100A?
Ans:
To Hard Reset the 9100A. Use a small Pin and press in the reset button located in the front of the video server. Make sure that the reset button is pushed down for at least 8 seconds, then release. The default password and login are:
Login: administrator
Password: 12345678

Q7. Where could I obtain the CGI or Http Commands for the 9100A?
Ans:
All the CGI or Http commands used for integration are available from the owners manual. Please download the most updated copy from:

Q8. Why is there a black line on the bottom of the screen?
Ans:
Due to in USA is NTSC system, please try to select below resolution on 9100A.
