Ans:
1.) Turn off the power of the 9310.
2.) Press the reset button located on the rear of the 9310 and hold for more than 10 seconds.
3.) Once the device has returned to manufacturers default. The new IP should be
Default IP Address: 192.168.1.126
Login: admin
Leave the password section blank.
Q2. How to select camera PTZ protocol (pelco etc), or if not user selectable,
what is the actual protocol is used?
Ans:
The 9310 supports Pelco D and Pelco B.
Q3. How to set the RS485 signal baudrate and what is the actual baudrate used?
Ans:
The baudrate is 2400 / 4800 /9600.
Q4. How do I control the zoom of camera, using just web interface?
Ans:
The zoom portion of the 9310 was designed to control the zoom of video source and not the attached camera
